(3.) Present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 08.01.2018 passed by the District Judge, Jalaun at Orai in Civil Revision No. 28 of 2017 (Ram Asare and another Vs. Ram Pal Singh) as well as order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C., Jalaun at Orai in Original Suit No. 172 of 2014 (Ram Pal Vs. Ram Asare).
