JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing entire departmental proceedings conducted against the petitioner in total unfair and arbitrary manner and further this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the charge sheet contained herewith as annexure no.3 as has been made basis of dismissal order passed by the opposite party no.

(3.) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay entire retiral benefits of the petitioner such as gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance and the provident fund etc. as well as arrears of salary unpaid for the month of June, 2016 and for the period July, 2017 pending disposal of this writ petition."
