JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri I. K. Chaturvedi, learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A.

(2.) This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking writ of certiorari for quashing First Information Report (hereinafter referred to as 'F.I.R.') dated 14.12.2016 registered as case crime no. 0487 of 2016, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Daurala, district Meerut. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought directing respondent no. 2 not to arrest petitioner pursuant to aforesaid F.I.R. dated 14.12.2016.

(3.) Sri Chaturvedi, learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute that the allegations contained in F.I.R., if ex-facie are taken to be correct, make out offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC.
