JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Mohd. Masih, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the summoning order dated 16.01.2017 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no.7, Allahabad in Complaint Case No. 44 of 2016 (Irfan Ali Vs. Ashif Samdani) under Section 138 of the N. I. Act, Police StationKareli, District- Allahasbd, the order dated 26.02018 whereby the non-bailable warrant has been issued against the applicant as well as the entire proceeding of the above mentioned complaint case.
