JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.

(2.) This second bail application has been filed seeking the release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2014, u/ss 394, 302, 411/34 IPC, Police Station- Samthar, District-Jhansi. First bail application was rejected by this Court on 24.8.2016, on merits.

(3.) Submission of Sri G.S. Chauhan, Advocate holding brief of learned counsel for the applicant is that after rejection of the first bail application the trial has not yet been concluded and, therefore, on the ground of detention the applicant may be enlarged on bail as the applicant is in jail since 24.8.2014. Learned counsel for the applicant has also tried to show that subsequently after rejection of first bail application some co-accused has been granted bail by another Bench.
