This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution praying for quashing of judgment and order dated 3.1.2015 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) / Judge Small Cause Court Act in JSCC No. 1 of 2010 (Rajendra Prasad Vs. Kalu Ram @ Kalu) and the judgment and order dated 30.1.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge / Fast Track Court-I in SCC Revision No. 1 of 2015 (Kalu Ram @ Kalu Vs. Rajendra Prasad).
