JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Pankaj Agarwal, learned counsel for the defendant- petitioner and Sri Sumit Daga, learned counsel for the plaintiff-respondent.

(2.) This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed praying for the following relief:

(3.) Briefly stated facts of the present case, are that the disputed house is situate at Bajariya Railway Road, Sasni, district Hathras. This house was originally owned by Sri Baula Ram, father of the plaintiff-respondent nos.1/1 to 1/6. A shop in the said house was let out by Sri Baula Ram to the defendant-petitioner/tenant long ago.
