JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the appellant is present. Learned counsel for the respondent caveator is also present.

(2.) The present appellant aggrieved by the aforesaid order preferred an appeal before the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, U.P., Lucknow under Sec. 44 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016 on 04.06.2018. The office of the Appellate Tribunal reported that the appeal was discrepant in the following terms:
