JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. Savita Sarana assisted by Ms. Natasha Shahni, learned counsels for the petitioner. Sri Alok Garg, the respondent no. 1 has appeared in person.

The present writ petition is directed against the order dated 16.10.2017 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, U.P., Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, whereby objection of respondent no. 1 under Sec. 36 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (in short "the Act") in I.D. Case No. 38 of 2016 (Sri Alok Garg Vs. S.T. Microelectronics Pvt. Ltd.)

(3.) The petitioner is an IT company wherein respondent no. 1 was employed as an
