JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the accused-appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

(2.) Under assail in the appeal is the judgment and order dated 002012 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Room No.10, Gonda in S.T. No. 254 of 1993 under Section 304 B I.P.C. P.S. Katra Bazar District Gonda arising out of Case Crime No. 114 of 1992, whereby the accused-appellant Atal Bihari and Smt. Geeta Devi have been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment of life.

(3.) The instant appeal has been instituted on behalf of the appellant Smt. Geeta.
