(2.) Earlier the appeal was dismissed in default on 20.12016, thereafter application for restoration was moved and appeal was restored on 208.2017.

(3.) The instant 'first appeal from order' on behalf of owner and first appeal from order No.911 of 2014 filed on behalf of claimant for enhancement, have been preferred against the award dated 16.12.2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.1, Hamirpur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.75 of 2012.
