JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record.

(2.) This third bail application has been filed seeking the release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 890 of 2013, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station Bhojipura, District Bareilly. The first and second bail applications were rejected by this Court on 13.1.2016 and 3.10.2016 on merits.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
