JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused Faizy has been granted bail by this Court on 5.10.2017 vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36425 of 2017. He further submits that since the role of the applicant is not distinguishable with the role of co-accused, therefore, the applicant is also entitled for bail. The applicant has no criminal history. The applicant is in jail since 26.4.2017.

(3.) On the other hand, learned AGA opposed the prayer for bail.
