JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The First Appeal from Order No. 2401 of 2008 and First Appeal From Order No. 2402 of 2008 have been preferred by the Insurance Company challenging the order dated 16.05.2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge Court No.- 1 Meerut in M.A.C.P. No.- 521/2007 and M.A.C.P. No.- 522/2007 respectively.

(3.) Since both the aforesaid appeals arise out of the same incident and involve common issues to be decided, therefore, they are being heard together.
