JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of entire proceeding in Complaint Case No. 19 of 2015 (Small Industries Development Bank of India, Varanasi Vs. Dilip Kumar Upadhyay) as well as the summoning order dated 03.07.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-Ist, under Section 138 of the N. I. Act, Police Station-Lanka, District-Varanasi.
