JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider and decide representation made by the petitioner. The representation has been placed on record as Annexure-

(2.) Perusal of the representation indicates that it has been made to Executive Engineer, Electricity Supply Division-II, Sultanpur on the premise that on account of loose wires there were sparks which resulted in damage of standing crop of wheat in the field of the petitioner.

(3.) None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the case.
