(1.) Heard Shri Imran Ullah, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.N. Tilhari, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

(2.) This is an application for incorporating Sections 29 and 30 of Arms Act in the memo of Bail Application.

(3.) The bail application was rejected by the court below under Sections 29 and 30 of the Arms Act. Objections have already been filed against the bail application. Proposed amendment is only a clerical error.
