JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a bail application on behalf of Deepak S/o Udaiveer Singh in Case Crime No. 18 of 2016 under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 IPC and Section ' Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Kagarol, District Agra.

(2.) The applicant is the husband of the deceased Smt. Gargi and is in jail since 202016.
