JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present criminal appeal is preferred against the judgement and order dated 2.6.1982 passed by the IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad whereby the appellants have been convicted under Sections 399 and 402 I.P.C. and have been sentenced to undergo three years rigorous imprisonment for each offence. Both the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
