JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has come up under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for the following two reliefs:-

(2.) The suit was filed on allegations of possessory title in respect of the disputed property. Learned Additional Civil judge Senior Division Court No.3 Ghaziabad vide judgment dated 31.08.2018 has dismissed the suit after having assessed the contentions of the parties on the issues framed.

(3.) The question is as to whether a remedy under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would be available to the petitioner arising out of the aforesaid judgment of the trial court.
