JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant Sri Ram and learned A.G.A.

(2.) Applicant Sri Ram has filed the present appeal against the judgment dated 14/15.09.2012, passed by Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Sitapur in S.T. No.42 of 2007, State vs. Sri Ram and Others, arising out of Case Crime No.297/2005, under Sections 302/34 IPC, relating to police station-Maanpur, District Sitapur.

(3.) First bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.3.2013.
