JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri D.P. Singh, learned senior advocate assisted by Sri S. Niranjan for the petitioner and Sri B. N. Agarwal for the respondent.

(2.) The petitioner has called into question the validity of order dated 17.11.2015 passed by Prescribed Authority in P.A. Case No.1 of 2009 and the order dated 11.9.2018 passed by III Additional District Judge, Jalaun at Orai in Rent Appeal No.11 of 2015.

(3.) The aforesaid orders have been passed in proceedings arising out of an application filed by the respondent (for short 'the landlady') under Sec. 21(1)(a) of U.P. Act No.13 of 1972 (for short 'the Act') against the petitioner (for short 'the tenant') in respect of a shop in his tenancy wherefrom he is running business of country made liquor.
