The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 20.8.1998 passed by respondent No. 3-Assistant Consolidation Officer, Pratappur (hereinafter referred to as, 'A.C.O.') and 31.12.2003 passed by respondent No. 1-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mirzapur (hereinafter referred to as, 'D.D.C.').
