JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 05.11.2015 passed by the Licensing Authority, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Anoopshahr, district Bulandshahr, by which the fair price shop licence of the petitioner has been cancelled and the order dated 10.02016 passed by the Appellate Authority rejecting the appeal of the petitioner.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to submit that all the complainants that were heard by the Licensing Authority and whose mention has been made by the Supply Inspector in his report dated 01.09.2015, were not residents of the village where the fair price shop of the petitioner has been situated.
