(1.) THE accused applicant is charged in case Crime No. 1338 of 2007 under sections 363, 366 and 376 IPC Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur.

(2.) HEARD Sri Abhinav Prasad advo ­cate for the applicant and Sri N.D. Rai, Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

(3.) THE applicant Gulab Singh be released on bail in the aforenoted crime, on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. fifteen thousand with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Ju ­dicial Magistrate, Rampur. Application Allowed.
