JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.

(2.) IT is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a farmer and has completed all the for­malities and then the electric connection was given to his tube-well but the connec­tion papers were not given to him. The applicant is in jail since 23.8.2008. Considering the facts and circum­stances of the case and submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
