JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAVINDRA Singh, J. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A. G. A.

(2.) IT is contended by learned Counsel for the applicant that in the present case the applicant is not named in FIR. He has not been put up for identification. The allega tion against the applicant is that one stolen cycle and one gas cylinder have been re covered from his possession. The recovery is not supported by any independent wit ness. The applicant is in jail since 1. 4. 2008.

(3.) IN case of default of any of the above mentioned conditions, the bail granted to the applicant shall be deemed cancelled and he shall be taken into cus tody forthwith. Application Allowed. .
