JUDGEMENT

(1.) A husband and wife sold some agricultural plots in village Kriyawali, Tehsil Sadar, district Bulandshahr by executing a sale deed to one co-villager Zafar Ali, who in turn sold that land to the complainants.

(2.) THEREAFTER the accused husband and wife sold the land to another person Gajendra. Both the sale deeds were registered at the Registrar's Office Bulandshahr and particulars of the land are identical and the sale deeds bear the signature of the husband and wife.

(3.) THE record does not show whether the wife of the accused-applicant has been arrested or not and what happened with her bail application.
