JUDGEMENT

(1.) K. K. Misra and D. V. Sharma, JJ. On 20. 11. 2008, Smt. Kama was sum moned from Government Women Protec tion Home Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur Nagar and in compliance of this Court's order dated 20. 11. 2008, she is present in the Court today.

(2.) SHE has stated that her age is about 24 years. SHE has married with Ajai Bajpai and wants to live with him.

(3.) THE Registrar of this Bench is di rected to take necessary measures to give police protection to Smt. Kama and her husband, Sri Ajai Bajpai, for escorting them to their residence.
