(1.) BOTH the petitioners are present before the Court, and they are identified by Shri Anoop Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners. The contention of the petitioners is that although they are major and have married on 10. 11. 2008 yet the respondent nos. 4 5,6 & 7 with the help of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioners. As an interim measure, it is provided that the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall not interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners and harass them if they are living together. However, this order will not come in the way in investigation pursuant to any FIR or complaint lodged by the respondent nos. 4,5,6 and 7 or some other person against the petitioners. We may make it clear that by this order it should not be treated that the Court has adjudicated or accepted the claim of the petitioners that they have married or they are major. The petitioners shall file a joint affidavit regarding the marriage and shall also affix their recent photographs. .
