JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAVINDRA Singh, J. Heard learned Counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

(2.) IT is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicants that allegation of cow slaughtering is against the applicants. The applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicants are in jail since 2. 6. 2008.

(3.) IN default of the above conditions the bail granted to the applicants shall be deemed cancel and they shall be taken into custody by the C. J. M. concerned. Application Allowed. .
