JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAKESH Tiwari, J. Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) THE labour colony was constructed in the year 1955 under the U. P. Industrial Housing Act, 1950.

(3.) FURTHER according to the petitioner respondent No. 1, Deputy Labour Commissioner did not inform the petitioner about any proceeding for his evic tion under the U. P. Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants), Act, 1972 and by order dated 22. 6. 2008 the order of eviction has been passed against six members of the petitioner society. The aforesaid six members have not been impleaded as parties to the writ petition.
