JUDGEMENT

(1.) BARKAT Ali Zaidi, J. A father and son have come to this Court for bail consequent on rejection of the same by the Sessions Judge, Moradabad.

(2.) HEARD Sri Amit Singh, Advocate for the applicants and Sri Mohammad Israil Siddiqui, Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

(3.) THE statement of the prosecutrix was recorded under Section 164, Cr. P. C. but surprisingly no reference of the same has been made by the Sessions Judge in his order. In that statement, she has stated that she was forced into the mar riage against her consent and subsequently, she was made to cohabit with accused Rishipal.
