BY this contempt petition the applicant wants that the opposite par ties should be punished for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 16. 10. 2003 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in writ petition of the applicant being Writ Petition No. 16855 of 2002 Prem Narain Singh v. U. P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Allahabad and others. The or der dated 16. 10. 2003 passed on the writ petition of the petitioner has been an nexed as Annexure-3 to the affidavit supporting this contempt petition. The said order is quoted hereunder :- "for order see our order of date passed in Writ Petition No. 11322 of 2002 (Nathoo lal Verma v. State of U. P. and others ). "
(3.) THIS contempt petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. THIS Court is of the view that such frivolous contempt petitions invite imposi tion of costs and with reference to the decision of this Court dated 6. 8. 2008 passed in Contempt Petition No. 2502 of 2008 Smt. Madhu Agrawal v. R. C. Shukla such imposition of deterant costs is becoming necessary in the prevail ing circumstances. However, no costs are being imposed in this petition in view of the apology expressed by learned Counsel. Petition Dismissed. .
