(1.) HEARD Sri Hemendra Pratap Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and Sri Nipun Singh, learned Counsel for O.P. No. 2.

(2.) THIS application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of complaint case No. 100 of 2007 under sec ­tions 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Special C.J.M., Meerut.

(3.) CONSIDERATION the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and learned Counsel for O.P. No. 2 this application is disposed of with direction that in case both the parties file the compromise application supported by their affidavits in the Court concerned, the same shall be allowed.
