JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAKESH Tiwari, J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Standing Coun sel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2, and perused the record.

(2.) THE contention of Counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner applied for licence for holding D. B. B. L. gun on 22. 2. 2008. THE District Magistrate, Sant Ravi Das Nagar asked for report from con cerned authorities who have submitted their report in favour of the petitioner rec ommending for grant of licence.

(3.) CONSIDERING the facts and circum stances of the case, this writ petition is dis posed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Mau to decide the application/representation of the petitioner pending before him within four days from the date of receipt of this order.
