JUDGEMENT

(1.) K. K. Misra and D. V. Sharma, JJ. On 19. 11. 2008, Smt. Neelu @ Neelo was summoned from the Government Women Protection Home, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur Nagar and in compliance of this Court's order dated 19. 11. 2008 she is pres ent in the Court today.

(2.) SHE has stated that her age is about 23 years. SHE has married with Sri Chandra Prakash Trivedi and wants to live with him.

(3.) THE Registrar of this Bench is di rected to take necessary measures to give police protection to Smt. Neelu @ Neelo and her husband Sri Chandra Prakash Trivedi, for escorting them to their resi dence.
