JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri V.K. Sharma, Advocate for the applicant and Sri Mohammad Israil Siddiqui, Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

(2.) THE accused-applicant and the injured were both accused in a case under sections 307 I.P.C. According to prosecu­tion version, the injured person is said to have given a loan of Rs. 2,500/- to the ac­cused person, and since the loan was not paid despite demand, relations between the two became strained, culminating in the incident of firing by the accused applicant.
