JUDGEMENT

(1.) ACCUSED along with his employees who is also named in the first information report is said to have looted 31 litres of Menthol oil from the complainant on the night between 27/28.7.2008 in the jungle of chakpheri when the complainant was returning from the Petrol Pump along with his nephew. They are also said to have tied up by the accused and three of his accomplices. It is mentioned in the first information report dated 16.7.2007 that in all there were four persons, out of which two were unnamed, have not been arrested.
