JUDGEMENT

(1.) B. A. Zaidi, J. This Habeas Corpus petition is by husband for pro duction of his wife Tanvi, who had alleged that she is being confined by her par ents.

(2.) THE wife appeared in the Court and stated that she had decided not to go to her husband's house because of her own free will, and that she was not under corripulsion by her parents not to go. THE wife stated that she decided not to go to her husband's house because the attitude of her in laws towards her left much to be desired.

(3.) THIS Court cannot anticipate events, and pass any order in this regard, and the law will have to take its own course, though we hope that the Judge taking cognizance of any such matterwill scan and scrutinise the matter, if any, Dought before him with care and caution.
