JUDGEMENT

(1.) B. A. Zaidi, J. This is an application for transfer of cross cases (Sessions Trial Nos. 125/2001, 127/2001 under sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 Indian Penal Code) pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge/f. T. C. /court No. X, Mathura. The District Judge had earlier rejected the request of transfer.

(2.) I have heard Counsel for the parties and Sri Mohammad Israil Siddiqui, Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

(3.) IN view of circumstances appearing in the case, it seems desirable that the cases should be shifted from this Court, so that the parties may not harbour any apprehension.
