JUDGEMENT

(1.) D. V. Sharma, J. Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant.

(2.) IT has been urged on behalf of the appellant that there are serious infirmities in the appreciation of evidence and the Court below erred in passing the order of conviction. He was on bail during trial and did not misuse the same. There is no likeli hood that this appeal shall be heard in fu ture very soon. The appellant is an old and infirm person aged about 71 years.
