JUDGEMENT

(1.) RAN Vijai Singh, J. Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned Counsel for petitioners is taken on record.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed against the order dated 18. 6. 2008 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation by which he has not extended the interim order granted earlier.

(3.) THE Deputy Director of Consoli dation is directed to decide the revision expeditiously preferably within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is also pro vided that no unnecessary adjournments shall be given to the Learned Counsel for parties. In case, the parties avoid to partici pate in the hearing of the case, the Deputy Director of Consolidation is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. It is also provided that for period of three months or till the revision is decided which ever is earlier, the interim order dated 6. 6. 2008 earlier granted by the Deputy Director of Consolidation will continue. Petition Allowed. .
