JUDGEMENT

(1.) BARKAT Ali Zaidi, J. The accused is charged under Section 307, I. P. C.

(2.) HE is the complainant's cousin and is said to have barged into the house of the complainant, along with two other persons said to have his wife's brothers. They were carrying fire arms and are said to have fired at the father of the com plainant, in consequence whereof the father of the complainant received gun shot injuries.

(3.) IT has not been mentioned in the FIR who out of the three was responsible for causing injuries to the complainant's father. IT has also not been mentioned in the FIR as to what was the motive for the assault. Bail in the circumstances need, not be withheld,
