JUDGEMENT

(1.) BARKAT Ali Zaidi, J. A 26 year old married lady having three children died an unnatural death and her father lodged an FIR that she was burnt to death by her husband and parents out of the three accused in the case viz the husband the mother and father of the husband, only the father has come for bail to this Court.

(2.) HEARD Sri K. D. Tiwari, Advocate for the applicant and Sri Mohd. Israil Siddiqui, Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

(3.) IT was also pointed out that the accused-applicant is a patient of High Blood Pressure, but, that is no ground for grant of bail, because he can be looked after by jail doctor.
