JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.

(2.) IT is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the order of externment has been passed against the applicant but 15 days prior the expiry of aforesaid period, the applicant was appre­hended within the area of District-Agra. The applicant is in jail since 29.5.2008.

(3.) LET the applicant Kamal Singh @ Jugunu involved in case Crime No. 330 of 2008 under section 3/10, U.P. Gundas Ni­waran Adhiniyam, P.S. Sadar Bazar, Dis­trict Agra be released on bail on his fur­nishing a personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the satis­faction of the Court concerned with a condition that the applicant shall serve the period of externment in default he shall again taken in custody. Application Allowed.
