(1.) BHARATI Sapru, J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.

(2.) THE applicant has stated in his application under section 24 C. P. C. that his appeal being appeal No. 19 of 2005 is pending before the Court of Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra. He is praying for transfer on the ground that in the month of July, 2008, he has received serious injuries in his back bone and is unable to travel.
