By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is chal lenging the order dated 19. 5. 2008 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur in revision No. 74 under section 48 (3) of the U. P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, State v. Zaheer. It appears that in pur suance of the complaint made by Mohd. Tariq and Mohd. Sabir sons of Abdul Wali proceeding has been initiated. The allega tion is that the entry in the revenue record has been manipulated by the petitioner.
(2.) HEARD learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel ap pears on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Sri Anuj Kumar appears on behalf of respon dent No. 2.
(3.) IN view of the above, writ petition is allowed. The order dated 19. 5. 2008 passed by the Deputy Director of Consoli dation, Jaunpur is set aside and the matter is remanded back to him to pass fresh or ders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned parties in accordance to law. Petitioner is directed to file certified copy of the order within a pe riod of two weeks and the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur is directed to decide the matter afresh within another period of six weeks. Petition Allowed. .
