JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision is filed by Abdul Gaffar against the order oi Additional Commissioner dated 18-1-1995 dismissing his Revision against the order of trial Court dated 25-9-1989 an order rejecting amendment in pleading in a suit under Sec. 229-B Z. A. and L. R, Act.

(2.) The facts are : On 30-1-1986 Abdul Gaffar institutes a law suit under Sec. 229-B Z. A. and L. R. Act in the Court of Assistant Collector, First Class. A pedigree has been given and title as a Bhumidhar tenant in possession is prayed for.

(3.) On 24-5-1982 a written statement by defendants Buddhu and Abdul Hassan in total denial of claim. An application on 19-7-1989 by Abdul Gaffar to introduce a few amendments in plaint. On 9-8-1989 an objection by defendants. On 25-9-1989 trial Court rejects motion of amendment in pleading. On 18-9-1995 Additional Commissioner's order of dismissal of revision. Consequently a revision here.
