JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS criminal revision is directed against the order dated 17-3-1997 passed by the Civil Judge (J. D.) Basti in case Crime No. 25 of 1997, whereby the application of the petitioner to release the bullocks which are the case property was rejected.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the revisionist, Sri Ravindra Rai, and the learned A. G. A for the State. Both have urged that this petition may be disposed of finally at this stage itself.

(3.) A certified copy of this order may be supplied to the learned counsel for the par ties on payment of usual charges within 24 hours. Petition allowed .
